Problem-Solving

As a UI/UX Designer, I collaborated with a product manager to rethink the design and process for a pizza delivery app. My role was to create the look and feel of the app, working through various design phases including brand development, creating an inspiration board, defining the concept direction, mapping the user journey, and developing the final design. Our goal was to produce a high-fidelity prototype that could be presented to stakeholders, showcasing a cohesive and user-friendly design aimed at enhancing the overall user experience.

Company Background:

Pizza Express is a well-known pizza delivery and dine-in restaurant chain. The company is famous for its high-quality, freshly made pizzas and Italian-inspired dishes.

Project Scope:

The primary objectives of this project were to redesign the Pizza Express app to enhance the user experience and create a cohesive brand identity.

This involved developing a modern, visually appealing design and a user-friendly interface to enhance navigation and interactions. We focused on establishing a cohesive brand identity through colors, typography, and visual style, guided by an inspiration board. Mapping the user journey was crucial to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience, identifying key touchpoints for improvement. The project culminated in the development of a high-fidelity prototype, showcasing the new design concept to stakeholders, aimed at strengthening the Pizza Express brand and enhancing customer satisfaction.
