UI/UX Design Case Study:
Enhancing a Bank’s AI Chatbot Experience
In collaboration with the UX team, I played a role in designing UI solutions for the bank’s ML/chatbot system.
The focus was on aligning the user interface with the bank’s new branding identity, ensuring a seamless visual experience across all touchpoints. My work included creating dynamic UI animations to enhance the chatbot’s interactivity, improving user engagement and overall satisfaction. By closely following the bank’s updated visual language, I ensured that the designs not only looked consistent but also provided an intuitive, user-friendly experience.
