What Data Voice It Handles

Voice It handles only the content needed to provide the app's core functionality:

• • Audio recordings you create on your Apple Watch or iPhone
• • Transcripts generated locally on your iPhone
• • Basic app data required to save and display your recordings and transcripts on device

On-Device Transcription

Voice It uses the Whisper Small model locally on your iPhone to transcribe your recordings. The model is downloaded to your iPhone so transcription can happen on-device. Audio captured on Apple Watch may be transferred to your iPhone so the transcript can be generated there, but it is not uploaded to our servers or to third-party servers for processing.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, upload, sell, or share your recordings, transcripts, or personal data. Voice It does not require an account, login, or cloud profile to work.

• • No server-side transcription

Storage and Control

Your recordings and transcripts are stored locally on your devices. You stay in control of that data at all times. If you delete a recording or remove the app, the associated locally stored data is removed from your device.

Permissions

Voice It requests microphone access so you can record audio on your Apple Watch or iPhone. These recordings are used only for the features you activate inside the app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy if the app changes. Any material updates will be reflected on this page.
